Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Bione Love collects when you make or receive a gift, why, who helps us handle it, and how you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

• Your email address, to send your gift link, QR code, receipt and private edit link.
• Your gift content: photos, texts, names, dates, places, voice recordings and song choices that you add.
• Payment details, which are handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, never your full card number.
• Basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) that our hosting provider processes to serve the site and keep it secure.
• Analytics, only if you click Accept on the cookie notice (see below).

How we use it

We use your information to create and deliver your gift, process your payment, email you about it, provide support, and keep the service safe. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use your photos or messages to train AI models.

Cookies and analytics

Bione Love shows a cookie notice. Until you click Accept, no analytics or advertising scripts load. If you accept, we load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel to measure which pages and steps work, and to measure our own ads. If you decline, none of them load. Your choice is stored on your device; you can reset it by clearing this site's data in your browser. We also store your draft and your gift's private edit key on your device so you can continue later.

Who helps us (processors)

• Cloudflare: hosting and storage of the site and of your gift's photos, audio and data.
• Stripe: payment processing.
• Resend: sending our emails.
• Anthropic: if you order an AI song, the details you give for it are used to write the lyrics.
• ElevenLabs: if you order an AI song, the lyrics and style are used to compose the music.
• Google: Maps and Places for location search, and YouTube for embedded songs. When a YouTube song plays, YouTube may collect data under its own policy.
• Open-Meteo: historical weather for the places and dates you enter.

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. They act on our instructions and under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Unpaid uploads are deleted after 7 days of inactivity. Paid gifts are kept while the Bione Love service runs, so the link and QR code keep working. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, at any time, by emailing contact@bionelove.com from your delivery email address and including your gift link. We will respond within 15 days. Deleting a gift removes the page and QR code for the recipient too.

California and other US residents have the right to know, delete and correct their personal information, and not to be treated differently for using those rights. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. Residents of Brazil have the rights set out in the LGPD, and we honor them as well.

Children

Bione Love is not for children under 13, and gifts may be bought only by adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above.
